Our Goal

Our Mission:

We want to help the environment by making sure people’s hard-to-recycle items get recycled, and educating consumers as to what can and cannot be recycled.

The Problem:

• 16.9% of what gets put in the recycling bin doesn’t belong there and therefore ends up as trash. These items can break machines that process recycling material.

• Of the 40 million tons of recycling generated in the U.S. in 2021, only 5% was properly recycled
