Why did we decide to create this company?

This company is a product of a school project. During our entrepreneurship class, we were assigned a project to create our own businesses. We decided to create a business that would help the environment and the community. Each of us have either taken an environmental science class or are currently in one. While learning about environmental science, we learned what happened to recyclables that were either recycled incorrectly or thrown in the trash. We wanted to make a change and stop this from happening. The city of Austin does not recycle much in the mainstream recycling. There is no current company that does what we do.
